My boyfriend is filing a chapter 7 , I have lived with him for seven weeks and have money of my own , can his creditors come after me for the money ?
I can prove that , my truck and certain small objects have been paid for by me and no one else .

ok have not cosigned anything with him**************but will me living with him and having private income effect his bankruptcy filing ?
As I provide some input into paying the monthly accounts since I moved in .

if he owns a lot of stuff it will be used to pay the piper. Cars, motorcycles, HOMES, guns, anything worth some money. if he does not have things listed with the state or fed. gov. he should be ok. don't try to sell things now to anyone , they will be sold for payment. if he has big time property, he or the gov will have to sell to make up the bills YOU can not be touched unless you have property with him

Your income can't be touched. Just to be sure things don't get complicated unneccassarily, the 2 of you should maintain separate bank accounts.
If the trustee has some question about his expenses, he can ask for your income info just to get a clear picture of your bf's finances but, you won't be on the hook for anything.
