Own a Condo, overwhelemed in credit cards debt, do not wish to lose my Condo, is it possible to file without loosing my home, and if so what Chaper handle this type of situation. If other debt discharged, would my Bank check my credit history and foreclose due to the bankuptcy filed. mortgage in the
