Business LeaseMy wife has an antique mall that she has been running for the last 2 years. She is not making any money from it but she has been keeping her head above water. In the last couple months business has turned for the worse. My wife still has 3 years left on the lease of the building. Her business is incorporated. What can happen to us if we cannot pay the lease. What should we do to be prepared for the worse? Thanks Much for your help Bob |

| Check the lease and you will see that there are indivdual guarantees even if the corporation maybe the actual tenant. Hence, the Landlord can sue and get a judgement against the wife and other indivdual guarantors personally. |
