I have a dishonorable discharge from the army and owe 10,000 dollars to pay back the bonus I received. This was 10 years ago, can it be discharged in a chapter 7 bankruptcy? I live in Indiana.

Looks like it could have been discharged in bankruptcy after 5 years.

This looks like an official document of the US Government.

Look at the top of page 2-4 under Bankruptcy.
