Can a court judgment be written off by Ch. 7

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tn
If you have been taken to court over a credit card debt and judgement was made for the collection agency, could you then file Ch. 7 and have that as well as other cc debts taken care of?

Yes, the judgment can be discharged in bk. After discharge you and your lawyer will then need to go back to the court that granted the jugment and get it vacated.
