Can this be done? What is the name of your state? PA My husband has a chapter 7 bankruptcy which was discharged in June 2002. I was told today that we could possibly amend his bankruptcy to include a vehicle that he was leasing at the time, but did not include in the initial filing, which we are now unable to make payments on. Can he do that? |

| You can certainly try to re-open his case to include this debt, but after 2 years, you may not have much success. When he filed BK, did he list the car ? Did he sign a reaffirmation agreement ??
