Can this be done?

What is the name of your state? PA

My husband has a chapter 7 bankruptcy which was discharged in June 2002. I was told today that we could possibly amend his bankruptcy to include a vehicle that he was leasing at the time, but did not include in the initial filing, which we are now unable to make payments on. Can he do that?

You can certainly try to re-open his case to include this debt, but after 2 years, you may not have much success.

When he filed BK, did he list the car ? Did he sign a reaffirmation agreement ??
