| I have credit card debts between $3,000-$4,000, and moreover, two lawsuits on bad checks written by me. I have more bad checks pending, and I cannot possibly repay any of my debts. I have no personal assets, save a car that's not even worth a $1,000. Can I file for bankruptcy to discharge by bad check debts? |
