Can I file Chapter 13 ????

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
Can I file chapter 13 if my only source of income is my social securit check and I could only pay about $10 a month on my old credit card debts that are about $30,000 a toatal of 5 or 6 cards I think. I dont wantto lose my house as I own oe half of a jointly ownership hOUSE is worth $68,000

Why are we rehashing this?
You qualify easily for a Chapter 7. Why fool around with a $10/month payment for 5 years when you'll pay nothing in a Chapter 7 and be done in 90-120 days?
