What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida
I have a home in Fl. that I moved out of a year ago, realtor has a lockbox on home because home was secured after I left. I filed bankruptcy, and have just been notified that home never foreclosed and was sold to another mortgage co. who wants me to sign a deed in lieu. However, since home is still titled in my name does that mean I still have access and allowed to live in home since I still "own it" even though filed bankruptcy and discharged until they actually foreclose. Home was not reaffirmed.

**A: if title is still in your name and there is no court order demanding that you vacate, then yes.
