Can they take my house?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I have a judgement against me from 8 years ago for $175K. It was from a company in FL for a trademark dispute. Today a local law firm had my bank account garnished. Can they make me sell my house to get the equity? Or not? I can never find a straight answer on this.

I'm thinking of filing chapter 13 to prevent anything else from happening.

Or can they only make a lien on my house instead of making me sell it?
