can your payments increase after court setting paymentsWhat is the name of your state? ky when you file for chapter 13 bankrupcy, do to payments change over the 3 or 5 year agreement? if you can afford to can you buy a house before the 3 or 5 years run out due to increase in salary? |

| Payments are set in the beginning when the Plan is confirmed. Modifications of the Plan can happen but you have to go thru the court/Trustee and get it approved. You cannot incur any new debt or sell property of the BK estate w/o the Trustee's permission.
