Can't Pay Off Ch 13

NM

Can't pay this off because after 21 months we still can't get a confirmation. Absolutely INSANE that even with my retirement fund cashed out I CAN'T PAY THIS OFF? This si NUTS. The witch trustee won't confirm even though she knows I'm paying this off? Trustees are accountable to NO ONE? THIS MAKES NO SENSE..... NOW WHAT?

Trustees are accountable to the US DOJ that employs them ! I believe you CAN go over her head, so to speak, but that means going to the US Trustee. If it were me, I'd be looking to find out if there was any way to REPLACE the Trustee.
