What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I'm leasing a car (lease to own) and the maturity date is tomorrow. I thought it was next month. I'm about to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy before the 15th of January. Do I have an options to keep this car or do I get to keep it through the bankruptcy? I know I'd reaffirm the loan at some point, but since the lease is up tomorrow, I'm not sure what (if any) options are available to me. If I don't return the car tomorrow but make my next payment and file bankruptcy this week, will I be allowed to hold onto the car any longer? I very much appreciate any advice.

Thank you,
