Cellular Phone Contract While in Chapter 13

What is the name of your state? [COLOR=firebrick]Cellular Phone Contract While in Chapter 13[/COLOR]

Hi all..I am in the State of Alabama and I have been in a Chapter 13 since August 2001. My question is...is it okay to sign a 1-year contract for a cellular phone (29.99) per month without the trustee's approval or does this need to be approved in advance.

Any advice would be appreciated.
