Certegy

What is the name of your state? Indiana


Hi all! I filed BK in Aug and forgot to add on Certegy (28.00). I got my fourth notice today, and called in and told them that I filed BK. I gave them by case # and lawyer's name. The lady was like "well, I have noted the information...but I am not sure what the BK dept is going to do". I wonder what she means by that? I did not list this, but my lawyer said that anything that was incurred before I filed since I am a "no asset" BK can be included even if it's not listed. Is this correct????
