Ch 13

What is the name of your state? Montana

We have 7 months left on our 13. When we started our attourney left out my state refund of 900 & sum odd $. He never told us that the payment could go up, just 3 yrs of 150/m . The following year we asked the trustee if we could keep our taxes to pay bills & he agreed,
we showed the attr. that we had more expenses per month & he raised our payment to 200/m, this year the trustee again let us keep our taxes to pay on bills
{we always give proof of what we have}
I showed the attr. 375/m in doctor bills
& he raises our payment again to 300/m.
When we got the childcare rebate I went to the trustee cuz we don't like our attr.
& he said I had to turn it over or go thru the attr. & only end up with 75 in the end, so just signed it over to him.
I asked him how things where going & he showed me that my attr. in the last ammendment changed the paying so that my credit cards which were have to be dismissed, our now recieving pay 1st then my student loan which had only gotten 300 at that point.
He never said anything to us about this as we wouln't have agreed, just said sign & we did. Foolish I know but we trusted him. I know we should go & have him ammend it back but we can't stand to be in the same room with him.
Now for the ?s
Will we get in trouble if we file for an extention on our taxes{we always get back} which would put it one month past our final payment, as to avoid our attr. raising our payment again?
Will they go over all of our finances again after the last payment is recieved? or what happens at the end?
Also when all is done could we make a case against our attr. for not dealing with us in our best interests?
