| I live in Kissimmee,FL. My Ch13 is in PR. Can I change to CH7 using the salary of here? I have a house in PR(is rented). I'll aprecciate your help. Migdalia Lopez |

| You are not allowed to own rental property in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. You would be required to sell the property first. In a chapter 7, you are allowed only your primary residence and then it can be worth only so much.
