Question

Changing fron chapter13 to chapter

What is the name of your state? Tennessee

We are currently in chapter 13 bankruptcy and would linke to know if we can change to chapter 7. How if we could, how do we go about doing this?

You file a motion to covert it from a Ch 13 to a 7. Surely you have a lawyer for your Ch 13, have him/her do it. Has your income changed since you filed the 13 ?
