Chap. 7 & 13

What is the name of your state? ARIZONA I am currently in a chap. 13. i am self employed. i show that i have alot of disposable income mostly because i paid employees in cash for a while. i want to just file a chap 7 but i am told i show to much income. can i file for chap. 7 if i make less now. my biggest goal is to keep my house but i do have back payments.thanks.

Whether or not you can file based on your income is for the BK court to decide - we can't tell you if you qualify or not.
You home will be safe (most likely) as long as you reaffirm the debt with the lender. Your BK lawyer will help you with this.
