Chap. 7 trustee & his lawyer out of bounds

What is the name of your state? Calif.
My wife & I filed CH. 7 3/24/04 got discharges 9/15/04...never heard from trustee again until we got notice from his lawyer of further background search on 7/5/05...now have found out that both people are working with a past employee who is out to get me & lieing to the lawyers, he has interviewed & lied to my neighbors, business asso. in town & local friends at local business...this person then reports back to the lawyer & trustee. Now everyone thinks me & my wife are crooks, know of our Ch. 7 and has also threatened to do harm to me & is slandering me. Because of this our case is still open after 1.8mo. & still going & this guy is still out of hand. case 04-22970-c-7...Sacramento.
We are hurt and very mad & wish to do something...WHAT?

First thing you do is edit this post and get rid of all personal information.
You are likely beyond the help of a message board. You need to retain your own attorney.
