I reside in NY, have 75k in cc debt with 22k in non exempt property. I plan on filing for a chap 13, with a pay back of only the 22k. If this is approved, will it be all i am responsible for over the 3-5yr payment plan, or am i still responsible for more if i come into any extra money?
