| I work for a company (furniture sales) that recently filed Chapter 11. Since it's a made to order product verses cash and carry that I sell, I am extremely concerned for the customers who come in and place an order. I do not want to be a part of anything that could cause my customers to lose their deposits or full payments for their order and possibly not get their product as well. So my question is....are the customers that I am taking money from under this chapter 11 protected from any loss? |

| Is the bankruptcy finalized? It may depend on whether the court treats the new debt as seperate from the old debt. Since Chapter 11 is reorganization, and the court wants the business to exist, it will allow it to continue as a business |
