What is the name of your state? New York
How many times can I have a chapter 13 dismissed & refile?

There's no limit, but some places do require a higher percent to unsecured on subsequent filings after a dismissal. Also the reason your case was dismissed will dictate when you can re-file. If you had your case dismissed by the court for failure to appear at your 341, comply with orders of the court, or was voluntarily dismissed after creditors sought relief to recover property, you have to wait 180 days to re-file. Otherwise, you can re-file immediately. But it can get expensive.
