Chapter 13What is the name of your state? TN I am going to have my payments deducted form my bi-weekly paycheck. Yesterday I received a letter from the trustee stating that these deductions will also be taken out of any form of compensation such as bonuses, longevity, etc.. Is this normal procedure in other states ? What about my tax refund ? My payback is 37%. |

| Its pretty standard, yes. As for your tax refund.. you can likely kiss it bye-bye.

| I have heard that before, so you may, indeed, get to keep your refund.
