I filed chapter 13 in TX while married to my ex. His bankruptcy payments are automatically deducted from his pay. I pay him 50% of the monthly payment. Can the bankruptcy be changed to two separate ones to include 50% of the balance on each so that I can follow my half and pay off quicker if I so choose?

Also under this bankruptcy can I decide to sign my car over to him?
