Chapter 13???

I'm in the process of filing chapter 13, I do have a lawyer but he is long distance and hard to get a hold off.
I'm realizing that our net wages is just enough to cover our main bills, but not really enough for the credit cards. If I take this in front of the judge could he make me do a chapter 7??
My mom owns some land and I'm on the title too, but her loan is in her name, will chapter 13 affect her credit??
Also I'm supposed to record all creditors, how do I find them all, will they be on my credit report?
