Question

chapter 13

MT

we filed last year and have been making our payments until a couple of months ago. Which my trustee said that it would be no problem to skip them, it was great for him to let us try to catch up... but we're having a hard time catching up, the economy has hit us now.
the problem is everything keeps going up, bank fees, grocery's even our insurance has gone up...
utility's and more...oh my kids are now in high school, that now is getting expensive... driver's ed..ouch!!..
I have a horse business and had a person back out on making payments and another is late...
We have alot of assets this is why we did the 13... can the trustee force us to do a 7??? If he did what do they do with all of my horses? That is my business and I hear I can only keep a % of them... my husbands truck is paid for and he needs it for his business which is construction.. will they take that away and make him drive an old ford truck that doesn't run??
we worked to hard for what we have and I don't want to loose them, and my farm.
HOW DOES CHAPTER 7 WORK??? Do they come into your home and take what they want... for they already know what I own. And one more question, does the trustee know what is going on in my checking and savings account??
Sorry so long.
hope someone can help...
Stessed out!!!
