| I live in the state of Michigan. About a year and a half ago I had to file personal bankruptcy (Chapter 7) in an effort to save my business (consignment furniture). Then without warning, I was forced to close and lost all income, as well as owing some of the remaining consignors. Is it now possible to file a reorganization bankruptcy - or does that fall under the seven year rule as well? Thank you. |
