Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plan

Can I move to voluntarily dismiss a Chapter 13 Bantruptcy case after confirmation and commencement of payments? If yes, would it likely be challenged by the Trustee?

Sure. You can always dismiss it.

However, you will then be open to being pursued by your creditors again.
