Chapter 13 Bankruptcy question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Michigan

If you are in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, does that protect you from new debtors trying to collect new debt?

Please advise!

Yes it does. You may add new debt to your Chapter 13 but, it must be repaid at 100%.
