| My ex has filed Chapter 13, he owes over $8000.00 in back child-support. Can the court foreclose on his house so that I can collect the support, or is he still protected by the Chapter 13? |

| Yes, the State Plaintiff can file a Motion for Relief of Automatic Stay and foreclose on the property provided that there already is a judgement for the child support payments. It is a long process but can be done. |
