Chapter 13--Discharge not reported

Spouse and I filed joint chapter 13 bankruptcy in 11/95 in state of Mississippi. was to be discharged 1/99. case worker out sick etc. case not dischaged until 5/99. found out 7/01 discharge still not reported to any major credit reporting agencies. is there any action i can take against office of trustee, case worker or state of MS? is there a time limit they have to correct this? any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
