My chapter 13 bankruptcy is imminentally going to be dismissed for non-payment to Trustee. Question: Can the unsecured creditors (all are credit card companies) interfere with my receipt of my retirement payments; either Social Security or a pension being administered by a financial institution? One of the credit card companies is the same bank where my retirement payments are electonically credited.

Social Security and pension payments are exempt from creditor seizure. Why not contact a lawyer and convert to a Chapter 7?
