Question

Chapter 13 and divorce filing

What is the name of your state? Idaho

My bankruptcy lawyer suggested my husband and I divide the Chapter 13 monthly payment. How do I list this on the divorce papers? There is a form for the Petitioner's debt and the Defendant's debt. Do I just divide the amount equally and list it under both parties?

You really should post this question in one of the other forums that covers divorce. If you were asking the reverse, this forum would apply.
