Chapter 13 and foreclosure

What is the name of your state? MD
My husband and I filed Chpt 13 a year ago. we had gotten 2 house payments behind, but made them up before going to our first meeting. They had attempted to file a Motion to Modify for relief from stay, but we had just gotten the 2 payments in on that day, we ended up having to pay their lawyer fees but didn't lose the house. We have now gotten 2 payments behind again, the first due Dec 1 and now Jan's. This is a VA loan. We will be able
to make them up by the end of the month (hopefully). Can they foreclose on us, even if we catch up? and how long is it before they usually start foreclosure. We don't even recieve a mortgage bill, they call it a statement and won't send another until they receive a payment from us. I tried to call both the mortgage co ( recording said to call back on thurs or fri after 5 pm) and VA ( person in charge of our loan was out until tomorrow.- left msg.)Please let me know any info you have, my husband and I are both sick over this. Everytime we start to climb out of the hole we fall back in. Sleepless in MD. Thanks.
