Chapter 13 and Foreclosure

What is the name of your state? In California, is it true that if you file a chapter 13 bankruptcy, it automatically stops a foreclosure by bringing the loan current and renegotiating payment on the late payment?

If You File Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Does It Automatically Stop Foreclosure By Bringing Loan Current And Renegotiating Payment?

I Signed An Agreement To Pay An Additional $300.oo Per Month Onto My Payment Thru A Money Order. They Want It By The 29th Of The Month But I Don't Get Paid Til The 1st. Now Their Asking For 2 Payments In March Or Their Going To Foreclose. I'am Current On My Payments.
