Chapter 13, Hardship Discharge

Tennessee What is the name of your state?
I file chapter 13, two years ago, and has made payment faithful, I got sick back in June of this year. I can't work and have file for social security disability. I file for a relief for 3 months to try and figure out what to do. I have 20,000,00 equity in my home. I have no income, Can I file for hardship discharge, or to reset my plan, when I get ss, I won't have much to live on. Help,please.
