chapter 13 - Pay Off

I filed chpater 13 bankruptcy almost two years ago and would like to pay off the remaining balance. I was wondering if this would leave me open to the creditors requesting more in payment than what was originally agreed upon. Also, by paying the bankruptcy off early, does this mean that it will be considered over and done with - a closed matter? I live in the state of Ohio.
