Chapter 13 Proof of Claims after deadline

What is the name of your state? MD

We are in a confirmed Chapter 13 plan. A month before our confirmation hearing we got a call from a creditors attorney that was named in our bankruptcy. I returned the call, and left a message stating that we had filed bankruptcy, gave the case # and our attorneys name and number. We didn't hear anything more from them. Our plan was confirmed at the end of September, and our POC date was last week. Earlier this week I got another call from the same attorney. Again I called them back and told them we had filed bankruptcy, gave them our attorneys name and number and case number. Can they still file a Proof of Claim even though the deadline has passed?

Nope... they missed the boat - tough nuts to them !
