chapter 7

I live in Ohio and I am thinking about filing chapter 7. I have a partial claim agreement with my mortgage company. This means Hud payed what I was behind and I pay it at the end of my mortgage. This is looked at as a second mortgage of sorts. Can I file chapter 7 and keep my house? I do not have equity. I have only live in this house 3 and half years. Thanks.
