Chapter 7

What is the name of your state? oh

I would like to know of any credible instant online bankruptcy filing.

I have been in foreclosure for quite sometime about 7 months and wanted to know if I still can save my home I have been staying with family and was informed that they have been cutting the grass and just put security locks in my home I beleive I am in the last stages of the foreclosure process.
I want to save my home is all I have left!
Please forward any info and let me know If I was to file chapter 7 online today and mail the courts the bankruptcy papers will all action cease regarding my foreclosure.

Anyone with any similar situations plaese reply!
Thanks Dino

I don't believe there is ANY 'on-line instant' bk filing, you have to fill out the papers and trot them down to the BK court to get the filing recorded. You can fill out what they call an emergency peitition and get it filed very quickly to stop the forclosure process, but then you have to get the REST of the BK papers filed within 10 days.

from the info you've given, chp 7 will not save your home. you sound to be many months behind on payments and so on. unless you can come up with all the money you currently owe the lender they will foreclose on your home, either during the bankruptcy (simple relief from the stay) or after.

CHAPTER 7

Thanks for your info it is greatly appreciated, I been reading online that the only thing that would stop a foreclosure is a bankruptcy is there a cutting point as to how many months advance a foreclosure is in?
Any referrals?
I am really desperate and need to save my home
I had did a chapter 13 last year then broke my arm was out of work and could not keep the payments so it was dismissed so that led to the foreclosure going on I need to find a source that can help with my situation any leads?
Thanks again for your feedbacks
