Chapter 7

What is the name of your state? Indiana

I have filed chapter 7 not yet a year i think and i kept my home.Now i am having money issues due to new job.Can i let it go back without any action against me?

Did you sign a reaffirmation agreement on the house ?? If so, then no, you can't just let it go back, it will be foreclosed on and you'll be stuck if there is any deficiency.

If you did NOT reaffirm, then yes, you can walk away without any liaiblity.
