Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? WA

Can you please tell me if Chapter 7 Bankruptcy will make a term lease (when a person agrees to lease home for a certain amount of time; not month to month) on a home null and void?

If so, is the person leasing the home required to
inform the landlord that they have or will file for Chapter 7
Bankruptcy?

Also, what can a creditor do if they are not listed as a creditor on the Chapter 7 filing?
