chapter 7 bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? TX

I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in August '05. Had the meeting of the creditors- no assets. I discovered today that I forgot to list a debt that I incurred in 2001. What happens now? The bankruptcy hasn't been granted yet...I'm still waiting.

Call your lawyer and find out if you need to amend your schedules or, if you live in a district that considers debts not listed discharged in a no asset chapter 7.
