I am a 23 year-old Political Science student in Wisconsin. I have about $9,000 in credit card debt. I can no longer keep up with the payments and can't work for a couple months and won't graduate for 10 monhs. I have no car, no television or stereo, or anything of any value. I was wondering what would be the cheapest and quickest way to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?
