Chapter 7 discharge! What is the name of your state?OH Thanks to Laynred and some others I received my Chapter 7 discharge on 8-17-04. I filed pro se using the Nolo book. We have a judgement that was involved in the Bk. Don't I need to file something with the court where the judgement was filed to eliminate this judgement and garnishment? Thanks again! |

| Yep, you need to file a Motion to Vacate. Your reason for the request - debt discharged in bankruptcy - attach a copy of your discharge papers.
