chapter 7 filing

What is the name of your state? California

question - 3 weeks prior to deciding filing chapter 7 - I transfered a large balance from one credit card to another - how will this effect the filing ??

**A: it won't since the balances either way would be considered unsecured credit card debt.

chapter 7 - Change of address request

Has anyone ever had to submitt a change of address to the representitive attorneys office to keep on file??

the group I went with has requested this - stateting that it is required by law just in case I change locations in the next three months -

any one have an answer on that one.
