Chapter 7, help with 'State of Intention' form

What is the name of your state? CA

State of intention form for Ch. 7

The only assets I have are just your general, TV, furniture, cloths and my car which is paid off.

I need to know which box to check on the three choices...

Box 1. States: I have filed a schedule of assets and liabilities which includes consumer debts secured by property of the Estate.

Bopx 2. States: I have filied a schedule of executory contracts and unexpired leases which includes personal property subject to an unexpired lease.

Box 3. States: I intend tyo do the following with respect to the property of the estate which secures those debts or is subject to a lease.

Then it goes on to 'Description of Secured property' asking if it will be surrendered, redeemed and/or reaffirmed.

I have no clue whcih box to check and what I need to list under the 'Desciption of Secured property'.

Can someone help me a bit?

Thanks!

The Statement of Intentions deals with secured debts, that is, debts which are secured by collateral, like a car loan or mortgage. It can also deal with unexpired leases that are secured by collateral. If you have no secured debts or leases, leave that page blank except for your signature.
