Chapter 7 info

What is the name of your state? Ga

I have filed Chapter 7 and am in the waiting stages now. Are there any specific do's or don't s that I should be made aware of? For example use of checking account.

Use your checking account. The Trustee knows people have to go on living and paying bills. Just don't go running up an new debt and don't drain out any big chunks of cash that you can't explain to a Trustee. It would also be a good idea to keep receipts for EVERYTHING you DO spend money on, you never know what a Trustee might ask about.

Thanks, I am just so unsure of anything I do now.. especially with the holidays. All tips are greatly appreciated.
