chapter 7 and objection...What is the name of your state? PA I'm just wondering if anyone has filed a chapter 7 and had a creditor object to the discharge?......what happens if that occurs? |

| I've been on these boards for over a year and I've not heard of any objections by creditors so far. Most of them won't do a thing unless you charged up HUGE amounts right before you filed. IF any of them object, there is a hearing and the Trustee and the court decides whether or not the objection is enough to investigate further, dismiss the filers case, or ignore the objection.
